Lamajoun (Armenian meat pizza)

I have been craving one of my favorite childhood meals for FOREVER. But unfortunately, it is usually made on regular thin bread, so I haven’t been able to have it for a while due to my gluten allergy! My mom and I decided to make some homemade lamajoun (which we like to refer to as a meat pizza) on gluten free tortillas (I used the Mission brand) and man oh man did they turn out delicious!

These thin pizzas are great for meal prep, and are even great to make in bulk and freeze for later! I hope y’all enjoy some delicious Aremnian food and try out this recipe soon!

Place all the ingredients except for the meat in the food processor. Pulse until it is broken down and looks almost like a salsa!

In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef with the salsa-like mixture. Then gently pat a thin layer of the beef mix onto each tortilla.
