FRIEND! I have been there! I used to live my life in a foggy haze, knowing that I had more to offer those around me, but bogged down by limiting beliefs and negative habits. I would use food to cope, let my emotions rule my life (not in a good way), and would tell myself that I would always be stuck in self-defeating cycles.

I was either following a perfectly clean diet and was MISERABLE, or I was binge eating and sneaking food and…was still MISERABLE.

What I learned is that we could be following the “cleanest” diet in the world, but if we are living a life of stress, defeat, and a limited mindset, we aren’t living a true life of nourishment. Nourishment is more than just the food on your plate. It’s about feeding your holistic body and soul with goodness and grace.

I learned after YEARS of struggling that life doesn’t have to be this way. That God created me for more than being controlled by my food, anxiety, and feeling less than. And it’s become a passion of mine to help women find that empowered version of themselves I know is inside and stop letting the weight and pressures of the world bring them down.
