If you only knew... 

you are fearfully and wonderfully made  

you are beautiful because you were created by a beautiful creator  

there is TRUE freedom in Christ, you just have to have faith and claim it over your life  

it is possible to heal from what consumes you  

you weren't created for the purposes of losing weight, being a size 2, or being perfect 

you are worth health and vitality without letting it take over your identity  

your body needs kale as much as it needs a cookie  

if you only saw yourself the way GOD sees you.... 

if I only saw myself the way God sees ME 

nothing is is impossible with God  

nothing is impossible unless you say it is  

You are loved more than you know, so believe it, and be a light to those around you
