As a dietitian with a masters degree in public health nutrition, health and nutrition has always been a huge passion of mine. I have coached women for years on their nutrition and health, helping them gain health and freedom after years of dieting and restriction.
But what started out as nutrition coaching quickly started morphing into something more powerful. We couldn’t just address the food anymore without addressing how they were nourishing their mindsets and overall LIFE as well! Nourished and Free became more about nourishing your whole life, body mind and soul, in order to gain the holistic health and freedom these women desired.
